Q: Is your Charles Street store open to the public?

A: Our store is closed to the public for the time being. For the past 26 years, we have prided ourselves on our unique displays and in-store browsing, but the state of in-person shopping as well as current health concerns mean our doors will remain closed for now. Like every small retailer, this decision was difficult to make and announce. We will update you as the situation develops.

Q: Where are the greeting cards, rubber stamps, posters, etc.?

A: It will take time to catalogue and categorize all of our posters, cards, and stamps for our website. We ask for your patience as we navigate the nuances of the new online store, and everything that is needed of us to operate, present, and sell our merchandise. Thank you!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We cannot offer international shipping at this time, but we will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience!

 Q: Shipping & Return Policy

 A: We hope that you are happy with your purchases. In the event that you are not, we accept the return of unused products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns should be packed securely, and sent to Black Ink, 101 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02114. Prior to shipping returns, email us at info@blackinkboston.com with the order number and reason for return. Include original packing slip or copy of confirmation email in the box. Items received damaged or broken should be reported immediately upon receipt.
