Q: Is your Charles Street store open to the public?

A: We are back and open in person on limited hours. For the time being, we will be open from 12 p.m. - 6 p.m. EST from Wednesday through Saturday. Capacity and in-store browsing is still limited, and we will update our hours and capacity as the situation develops.

Q: Where are the greeting cards, rubber stamps, posters, etc.?

A: It will take time to catalogue and categorize all of our posters, cards, and stamps for our website. We ask for your patience as we navigate the nuances of the new online store, and everything that is needed of us to operate, present, and sell our merchandise. Thank you!

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: We cannot offer international shipping at this time, but we will keep you updated. Thank you for your patience!

 Q: Shipping & Return Policy

 A: We hope that you are happy with your purchases. In the event that you are not, we accept the return of unused products in original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt. Returns should be packed securely, and sent to Black Ink, 101 Charles Street, Boston, MA 02114. Prior to shipping returns, email us at info@blackinkboston.com with the order number and reason for return. Include original packing slip or copy of confirmation email in the box. Items received damaged or broken should be reported immediately upon receiving.
