Our Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchases from Black Ink. But if for some reason you are unsatisfied here’s what to do.

On-line purchases

Returns are accepted within thirty days of purchase for exchange or refund. Items must be in original condition for refund. Please email us at info@blackinkboston.com or call 1.866.497.1221 to make arrangements for a return. Shipping charges are non-refundable and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, you will receive a full refund or replacement.

In-store purchases

Store credit will be issued for any items returned within thirty days of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt.
Items must be returned to the Black Ink location of the original purchase.
The issued store credit will be accepted at any Black Ink location.

If an item is defective, an exchange will be made, or you will receive a full refund.
